Duke Guapo’s Spicy Meat Hut seeks to draw inspiration from these traditions to deliver a unique meat dining experience. We pride ourselves on using virtually no vegetable products in the production of our award winning meat dishes. Our ardent, meats-only menu grew from recipes developed by our founder, Dr. Abelard Carmichael.
